Our Verdict
Choosing between Bad Customer and miniOrange OTP Login/Register depends entirely on the merchant's specific fraud concerns. If the primary issue is high chargeback rates and refund abuse, and the merchant is comfortable with potentially blocking legitimate customers based on past behavior, Bad Customer might be a viable option. However, its lower rating and fewer reviews should be considered. If the main goal is to strengthen account security, prevent fake accounts, improve user experience through OTP verification, and meet 2FA compliance, miniOrange OTP Login/Register is the better choice. Its higher rating and more reviews suggest greater user satisfaction. For merchants primarily concerned with fraudulent orders arising from compromised accounts, miniOrange will likely be more effective.
