Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with preventing shipments to customers with a history of chargebacks and prioritizing a potentially simpler and more direct approach, Bad Customer may be a viable option. However, due to the limited number of reviews, proceed with caution and thorough testing. Signifyd is better suited for merchants seeking comprehensive fraud and returns management with a financial guarantee. Its AI-powered decisioning and coverage of the entire customer journey offer a more robust solution, albeit potentially at a higher cost and complexity.
