In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between Bagpiper Data Export and Feedyio: Product XML Feeds are presented with dramatically different options. Bagpiper Data Export, with a complete absence of reviews and a rating of 0/5, appears to be a new or significantly underdeveloped app. Feedyio, in stark contrast, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 87 reviews, suggesting a well-established and positively received solution for product feed management. Feedyio positions itself as a comprehensive tool for creating and managing product feeds across various marketplaces and shopping platforms, emphasizing ease of use through predefined templates and support for multiple languages and currencies through Shopify Markets. Our Verdict
For the vast majority of Shopify merchants in 2026, Feedyio: Product XML Feeds is the clear and significantly safer choice. Its high rating, numerous positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set for product feed management make it a compelling option. Merchants selling across multiple platforms, especially those operating internationally using Shopify Markets, will find its multi-language and multi-currency support particularly valuable.
Bagpiper Data Export, with its complete lack of social proof, presents a significant risk. Unless there is a compelling reason to believe it offers unique features not available in Feedyio, or if cost is an absolute barrier to entry (information not provided), it's difficult to recommend Bagpiper Data Export to any merchant seeking a reliable and effective solution.
