Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with ensuring all customers activate their accounts, especially those using tag-based segmentation, BAIS Bulk Account Invites Send is the better choice. Its simplicity and focus on account activation make it a cost-effective solution. However, if a merchant is looking to completely overhaul the customer account experience, offering features like order tracking, profile management, and seamless integration with other apps, then C:Hub Customer Accounts is the superior option, justifying its potential complexity with a more comprehensive and customizable customer portal.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
BAIS Bulk Account Invites Send is likely easier to set up due to its focused functionality. C:Hub, being more comprehensive, may require more configuration to tailor the customer account portal to specific needs.
Which app is more cost-effective?
Without pricing information, it's impossible to say definitively. However, BAIS's simpler functionality suggests it may be the more affordable option. Merchants should compare pricing plans carefully based on their specific needs.
