Our Verdict
BAIS Bulk Account Invites Send is the better choice for merchants primarily concerned with getting a large number of inactive customers to activate their accounts or ensuring that new customers automatically activate their accounts. Its bulk and automated invite functionality, coupled with tag-based segmentation, makes it a powerful tool for targeted account activation campaigns. HIKO Social Login is ideal for stores prioritizing a seamless login experience and data collection through social media logins. However, it is crucial to note that HIKO only supports legacy accounts. If merchants require a solution that supports both new and existing accounts, BAIS is preferable.
