Our Verdict
For merchants operating physical stores and relying on loyalty programs where speed and ease of identification are paramount, Barcodify ‑ Customer Selector provides clear benefits. The ability to quickly add customers to the POS via scanning and track downloads is a valuable asset. Bonjoro: Thank You Videos is more suited to online stores prioritizing building strong relationships and seeking to delight customers immediately after a purchase. The focus on personalized videos offers a more intimate and memorable customer experience, with the potential for increased LTV. The limited review counts on both apps means that merchants should carefully evaluate both apps to determine fit and understand implementation.
