Our Verdict
For merchants primarily operating physical stores with existing loyalty programs and seeking a streamlined way to identify customers at the POS, Barcodify - Customer Selector is the better choice. Its focus on barcode creation, distribution, and scanning directly addresses the needs of in-store customer identification. However, the extremely low number of reviews is a significant risk.
For online merchants focused on increasing customer engagement and conversion rates through wishlists, Swish is the superior option. Its comprehensive wishlist functionality, integration with marketing tools, and free setup service offer a robust solution for driving sales and improving customer satisfaction. The significantly larger number of positive reviews also indicates a more proven and reliable product.
