Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with general fraud prevention across all order types, Beacon Fraud Prevention is the better choice due to its customizable filters and broader risk analysis capabilities. It's ideal for businesses facing issues beyond COD-related fraud, such as credit card fraud and account takeovers. For merchants specifically struggling with high Return to Origin (RTO) rates on Cash on Delivery orders, Hillteck‑ COD OTP Verification is the more suitable option. Its OTP verification and COD-to-prepaid conversion features directly address the challenges associated with COD orders, helping to reduce losses and improve order fulfillment efficiency. While both have a good rating, Hillteck has significantly more reviews, possibly indicating greater adoption and potentially more stability.
