Our Verdict
The choice between Because: CRO + Personalization and Redirect Hero depends on the merchant's primary need. If the goal is to boost sales through personalized customer experiences and data-driven optimization, then Because is the better choice. It's ideal for stores actively seeking to increase conversion rates through A/B testing and tailored content. However, if the main concern is maintaining a clean and user-friendly website by addressing broken links and improving SEO, Redirect Hero is the more suitable option. This makes it especially useful for stores with many products or frequent website updates.
In short, Redirect Hero ensures users find what they're looking for, while Because aims to increase their likelihood of making a purchase *once* they've arrived on the page. While Redirect Hero has slightly more reviews and a perfect score, the value offered by both is distinct; Redirect Hero is basic hygiene, while Because is more of an advanced strategy.
