Our Verdict
Bespoke Shipping is likely the better choice for most Shopify merchants seeking flexible shipping options. The high rating and numerous reviews strongly suggest a positive user experience. BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers is only suitable for stores exclusively dropshipping products from the BigBuy database and who need automatic shipping cost calculation through the specified carriers. The extremely low rating raises serious concerns about its reliability and usability for even that niche audience.
Common Questions
Which app offers more flexibility in choosing shipping carriers?
Without more data about Bespoke Shipping, it's hard to say for sure. However, given that BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers limits you to its supported couriers via BigBuy, Bespoke Shipping likely offers more carrier options.
Do I need to be a BigBuy user to use either app?
You *must* be a BigBuy user selling products listed in their database to effectively use BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers. This requirement does not appear to exist for Bespoke Shipping.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the dramatically different ratings and review counts, Bespoke Shipping is almost certainly easier to set up and use, and provides a far better user experience. The BigBuy app's rating is critically low, indicating a potential frustrating experience.
Which app is better for stores that sell products from multiple sources?
Bespoke Shipping is the only viable option. BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers *only* works with products listed in the BigBuy database.
If I only use a single shipping carrier, which app is better?
Even if you only use one of the carriers listed by BigBuy, the dramatically negative reviews suggest that you are likely better off using Bespoke Shipping and manually entering your preferred shipping rates.
