Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with the accuracy and efficiency of shipping rate calculations and streamlined shipping processes (assuming this is Bespoke Shipping's strength, based on its high rating and review count), Bespoke Shipping is likely the better choice. Its strong positive reviews suggest it excels at its core function. However, for merchants prioritizing customer communication, reducing support tickets related to shipping, and building trust through transparent delivery expectations, NS Estimated Delivery Date offers a more comprehensive solution. Its feature set clearly addresses the customer-facing aspects of shipping and order tracking. If EDD and order tracking are paramount, NS Estimated Delivery Date is the superior option.
