Our Verdict
If you prioritize providing instant, AI-powered customer support directly within your Shopify store and need 24/7 availability, BestChat is the more suitable option, *assuming they address their poor rating.* However, if your target audience heavily uses LINE, especially in Asia, and you want to leverage LINE for automated marketing messages, abandoned cart recovery, and restock notifications, CRM PLUS on LINE is the better choice.
The significant disparity in ratings needs to be considered. While CRM PLUS on LINE boasts a perfect 5/5, BestChat has a concerning 0/5. This strongly suggests BestChat may have significant usability or functionality issues that need resolving. Without improvements to BestChat, CRM PLUS on LINE appears to be the less risky and potentially more effective choice, *provided that your customers are active on LINE.*
