Our Verdict
Mobile App Banner - Shopney appears to be a well-received solution for merchants who have already invested in developing a mobile app and are looking to increase its user base. The perfect rating suggests a high level of satisfaction among its users. It is for a very specific need: getting more people using your mobile app.
BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat, despite its seemingly lower initial rating, targets businesses struggling with customer support or seeking to automate routine inquiries. However, the 0/5 rating, despite a sizable 145 reviews, indicates serious issues with the app that potential users should investigate thoroughly before considering it. Its ideal user would be a merchant wanting to automate support but ready to deal with configuration and potential bugs. Until BestChat addresses the issues apparent from its rating, Mobile App Banner - Shopney is the clearer recommendation for its intended user group.
