BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat vs Pixelfy: Multi Facebook Pixelsfor Shopify (2026)
BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat and Pixelfy: Multi Facebook Pixels target entirely different needs for Shopify merchants. BestChat aims to enhance customer service and sales through AI-powered chatbots and live chat, positioning itself as a cutting-edge solution for businesses seeking 24/7 support and efficient handling of customer queries. Pixelfy, on the other hand, focuses on improving marketing campaign performance by enabling multiple Facebook and TikTok pixels, addressing iOS 14+ tracking challenges with server-side tracking. Their target audiences are distinct: BestChat targets merchants prioritizing customer engagement and support automation, while Pixelfy caters to merchants heavily reliant on Facebook and TikTok advertising and data-driven marketing. The most glaring difference lies in user perception, reflected in their vastly different ratings and review counts. BestChat suffers from a 0/5 rating despite having a significant number of reviews (145), suggesting widespread dissatisfaction. Pixelfy, with a 4.6/5 rating and 33 reviews, indicates a more positive user experience. This discrepancy likely stems from differences in implementation complexity, actual performance of the promised features, and effectiveness in achieving their respective goals. While both apps fall under the 'Marketing - Other' category on Shopify, their functionalities and objectives are completely orthogonal.

Our Verdict
The choice between BestChat and Pixelfy depends entirely on the merchant's primary needs. If the priority is improving customer support response times, automating FAQs, and increasing sales through conversational AI, BestChat *could* be considered, but its zero-star rating raises serious concerns that should be carefully investigated before installation. In contrast, if the main goal is to optimize Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns by overcoming iOS 14+ tracking limitations and gathering accurate data, Pixelfy is the far more suitable choice, evidenced by its positive rating and focus on pixel implementation.
Due to BestChat's 0/5 rating, I would caution any merchant against installing it without conducting extensive research and potentially trying a free trial (if available) to assess its performance firsthand. Pixelfy, with its much higher rating and clear value proposition, presents a significantly lower risk for merchants focused on improving their marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness on social media platforms.
