BeSure Checkout Rules vs Checkout Blocks & Customizerfor Shopify (2026)
Both BeSure Checkout Rules and Checkout Blocks & Customizer aim to improve the Shopify checkout experience, but they appear to offer different approaches and levels of maturity. BeSure Checkout Rules, with its significantly higher number of reviews (165 versus 5) despite both having a perfect 5/5 rating, suggests a longer track record and wider adoption. Its focus is on *rules*-based customization, providing granular control over shipping and payment options based on various cart and customer attributes. This targeting suggests merchants who need robust conditional logic to tailor the checkout based on specific scenarios. Checkout Blocks & Customizer, on the other hand, has very little data and lacks a description with any detail. This makes it impossible to gauge the app's full capabilities or intended purpose. Given the limited information, BeSure Checkout Rules is clearly the more defined product and more likely to solve complex checkout needs given the wide array of documented rule conditions. It's for merchants looking for powerful and flexible checkout customization beyond basic design changes.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, BeSure Checkout Rules is the stronger recommendation for most merchants in 2026. Its established presence (indicated by the significantly higher number of reviews) and detailed feature set focused on conditional checkout logic make it a more reliable choice for businesses needing advanced customization. Specifically, merchants who have complex shipping needs (e.g., PO box restrictions) or want to tailor payment options based on customer segments will find BeSure Checkout Rules more valuable.
While Checkout Blocks & Customizer might offer a simpler or more design-focused approach, its lack of information makes it difficult to recommend confidently. Until more details emerge, merchants are advised to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate the app's capabilities before committing.
