BeSure Checkout Rules vs MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Orderfor Shopify (2026)
BeSure Checkout Rules and MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order are both 5-star rated Shopify apps that share the 'Checkout' category, but they address vastly different needs. BeSure Checkout Rules focuses on customizing and optimizing the checkout experience for improved conversion rates. It allows merchants to control shipping and payment options based on various conditions. MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order (we are missing the full details for it, but using just the title) focuses on streamlining the ordering process, specifically for handling orders with multiple variants and likely large quantities. MultiVariants has a higher number of reviews (306) compared to BeSure Checkout Rules (165), which may indicate wider adoption or a longer time in the app store. BeSure Checkout Rules is geared towards merchants who want fine-grained control over their checkout flow to enhance customer experience and reduce cart abandonment. Its features around conditional visibility of payment and shipping options, PO box restrictions, and default selection of methods are particularly useful. The absence of key features for MultiVariants makes it hard to do a complete apples-to-apples comparison. MultiVariants most likely caters to businesses that deal with a large number of product variations and aim to facilitate bulk orders efficiently, perhaps through a streamlined variant selection and ordering process.

Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to improve the checkout experience by controlling which shipping and payment options are presented to customers based on various conditions (cart value, product tags, etc.), then BeSure Checkout Rules is the clear choice. It offers specific features designed to optimize the checkout flow and reduce friction.
However, if your focus is on enabling and simplifying bulk purchases of products with multiple variants, then MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order is the more suitable option. Although details are limited, the name and category suggest that it targets merchants selling products with size, color, or other variations in bulk quantities.
