BF Size Chart & Size Guide vs Fit Quiz: Size recommendationfor Shopify (2026)
BF Size Chart & Size Guide and Fit Quiz: Size recommendation offer distinct approaches to solving the sizing challenge for Shopify merchants. BF Size Chart & Size Guide focuses on providing customizable and detailed size charts, enabling customers to find their size using measurements. It appears to be better suited for merchants already possessing size data and seeking to present it clearly. Its strength lies in its customization options and versatility across various product types, including jewelry. The app specifically targets reducing returns through accurate size information prominently displayed. Fit Quiz: Size recommendation, on the other hand, offers a more interactive and automated approach. It helps customers discover their ideal size through a short quiz, eliminating the need for manual size chart interpretation. The app is geared towards increasing sales and reducing returns by making the sizing process easier for customers, particularly first-time shoppers. Its key selling point is its ease of setup and lack of reliance on pre-existing size charts or garment measurements, focusing instead on a quiz format. This makes it potentially faster to implement than BF Size Chart & Size Guide, especially for businesses that lack robust sizing data or want a more engaging customer experience. Currently, Fit Quiz does not support kidswear. Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific needs. BF Size Chart & Size Guide is better for presenting detailed size information, while Fit Quiz: Size recommendation is ideal for simplifying the sizing process with a quick quiz.

Our Verdict
For merchants who already possess detailed size information and want to present it clearly and with high customizability, BF Size Chart & Size Guide is the better choice. Its versatility in handling different product types, including jewelry, makes it a solid option. However, for merchants in the clothing and footwear space (excluding kidswear) who want to simplify the sizing process for customers and don't have existing size charts readily available, Fit Quiz: Size recommendation provides a faster and more engaging solution. The interactive quiz format removes the burden of interpreting size charts and potentially leads to higher conversion rates, though the relatively lower rating and review count warrant cautious consideration. Ultimately, if speed of implementation and ease of use are paramount, and the product category fits, Fit Quiz might be preferable, provided its methodology proves sufficiently accurate. If detailed presentation of measurements is key, go with BF Size Chart.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up initially?
Fit Quiz: Size recommendation appears to be easier to set up initially because it doesn't require pre-existing size charts or garment measurements. You simply need to configure the quiz. BF Size Chart & Size Guide, conversely, necessitates the creation and customization of size charts, which can be more time-consuming.
Which app is better for products other than clothing and footwear, like jewelry?
BF Size Chart & Size Guide is explicitly mentioned as suitable for jewelry ring size charts and ring sizers. Fit Quiz: Size recommendation focuses primarily on clothing and footwear. Therefore, BF Size Chart & Size Guide is the better option for other product categories.
Does either app support kidswear sizing?
According to the provided data, Fit Quiz: Size recommendation *does not* currently support kidswear. There's no specific mention of kidswear support for BF Size Chart & Size Guide, implying its compatibility would depend on the merchant's ability to create charts for that category.
Which app offers a more data-driven approach to sizing?
Fit Quiz: Size recommendation provides performance reports and analytics on sizing & fitting preferences of shoppers, suggesting a more data-driven approach. While BF Size Chart allows customization to guide shoppers, its value is more aligned toward providing comprehensive size charts with no mention of data-driven sizing recommendations. Therefore, Fit Quiz offers a more data-driven approach.
Which app offers more customization options?
While both offer customization, BF Size Chart & Size Guide boasts more extensive customization regarding size chart creation, text, and images. Fit Quiz, while providing design customization for its quiz interface, doesn't provide similar control over size charts themselves.
