BH Simple Wishlist vs Swish (formerly Wishlist King)for Shopify (2026)
In 2026, the choice between BH Simple Wishlist and Swish (formerly Wishlist King) for Shopify merchants seeking a wishlist app is heavily skewed. BH Simple Wishlist suffers from a significant lack of social proof, evidenced by its 0-star rating and zero reviews. This suggests it is either a very new app or has fundamental issues preventing adoption. In contrast, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) boasts a perfect 5-star rating based on a substantial 273 reviews, indicating widespread user satisfaction. Its headline emphasizes unlocking additional revenue and driving customer engagement, suggesting a focus on businesses looking to actively leverage wishlists for sales growth. Swish (formerly Wishlist King) clearly targets ambitious brands seeking a feature-rich and customizable wishlist solution. Their description highlights a fully customizable service, a free setup, and integrations with Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta. BH Simple Wishlist, based on available data, provides little to no information on its features, target audience, or value proposition, making a direct comparison difficult. Swish positions itself as a solution to non-linear customer shopping journeys, aiming to capture intent and drive conversion at the optimal moment. The focus on personalized notifications and advanced analytics further highlights its ambition to be more than just a basic wishlist function.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is the clear choice for virtually any Shopify merchant in 2026. The complete lack of information and social proof for BH Simple Wishlist makes it a risky and unadvisable option. Swish's strong rating, positive reviews, feature-rich offering (including robust integrations), and emphasis on customization and revenue generation make it a compelling solution for merchants aiming to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through a wishlist function.
While BH Simple Wishlist might theoretically appeal to merchants seeking a completely basic and potentially free option (if one exists), the absence of any information suggests that its functionality is either non-existent or unreliable. Swish caters to businesses of all sizes who are serious about leveraging wishlists as a marketing and sales tool, offering a comprehensive solution supported by positive user feedback.
