Our Verdict
For merchants selling digital products and looking for a comprehensive solution to manage delivery, access restrictions, and license keys, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice. Its features are specifically designed for this niche, offering tools not found in Doran. However, for businesses focused on physical goods and dealing with a large volume of orders, Doran: Order Printer & Pick provides valuable tools to streamline order processing, reduce errors, and improve fulfillment speed. The stark difference in their focus means that these apps are not directly competing for the same customers. The higher review count for BIG Digital Downloads Products suggests it serves a larger (or earlier adopting) segment of the Shopify market, but Doran's focus fills a necessary need as well.
