Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants intending to sell a variety of digital files, software licenses, or other downloadable assets, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice. Its high rating, extensive review count, and comprehensive feature set indicate a robust and well-received solution for managing diverse digital product sales. GM Event Ticketing is specifically designed for event organizers needing a ticketing system, and would not be suitable for merchants selling general digital downloads. If you are selling tickets to events, and need functionality specific to event ticketing, GM Event Ticketing is likely more tailored to your needs, even though it has fewer reviews.
