Our Verdict
The choice between BIG Digital Downloads Products and Mergify: Combine, Merge Orders depends entirely on the type of products a merchant sells. If a merchant is selling digital products like ebooks, software licenses, or digital art, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice, offering a comprehensive set of features designed specifically for that purpose. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution. However, if a merchant sells physical goods and frequently encounters multiple orders from the same customer going to the same address, Mergify is the more suitable option. It offers a way to optimize fulfillment processes and reduce shipping expenses. Although Mergify's rating is currently 0/5, this might be due to a recent launch or specific unaddressed issues, and the underlying functionality could still be valuable in the right circumstances.
