Our Verdict
BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice for merchants looking to sell digital goods. Its features are specifically designed for this purpose, and the high number of positive reviews suggests a mature and reliable product. Orderful ‑ Delivery & Pickup, on the other hand, appears suitable for merchants needing help managing local delivery and pickup. However, due to the extremely limited information and lack of reviews, it's difficult to make a strong recommendation without further investigation.
In conclusion, if a merchant sells digital assets, BIG Digital Downloads Products is clearly the better choice in 2026. Orderful may be viable for physical goods delivery/pickup management but requires further scrutiny and demonstration of value before recommending to most merchants.
