Our Verdict
For merchants needing a fully functional and proven digital download app supporting various file formats and offering features like download limits and PDF stamping, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice. Its high rating and substantial number of positive reviews provide reassurance and establish it as a robust solution.
Palley: Sell Digital Codes is best suited for merchants specifically selling digital products or services that rely on unique, auto-generated codes. However, given its lack of reviews and unproven track record, merchants should proceed with caution or consider waiting for more user feedback before adopting it into their workflows. The risk associated with Palley could be minimized through thorough testing in a development environment before integrating with a live Shopify store.
