Our Verdict
The choice between BIG Digital Downloads Products and Seel Worry‑Free Purchase hinges entirely on the nature of the products being sold. Merchants selling digital goods should unequivocally choose BIG Digital Downloads Products. Its feature set, including unlimited storage, license key management, and download restrictions, directly addresses the specific needs of digital product sellers. It seems to be the best choice for anyone selling things like stock photos, music, templates, or software.
On the other hand, Seel Worry‑Free Purchase is a better fit for merchants selling physical products, particularly those with high shipping costs or fragile items. Seel's automation of returns and exchanges, combined with order protection, can significantly improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational overhead associated with resolving shipping-related issues. For stores selling clothes, electronics, home goods, or other physical items, this is the way to go. They could use both if they sell both digital and physical products.
