Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing ease of use, unlimited downloads, and a straightforward setup, BIG Digital Downloads Products appears to be the superior choice. Its high rating and larger number of reviews suggest a more positive user experience. It's ideal for those who want a quick and painless way to sell various digital goods without complex configurations.
Conversely, merchants who place a high premium on security features like PDF stamping, expiring links, and download limits, and who require more advanced marketing automation tools, might find SendOwl a better fit, despite its lower rating. However, potential users of SendOwl should carefully investigate the reasons behind the lower rating before committing to it, potentially looking at recent reviews or alternative sources of information.
