Our Verdict
For merchants who highly value creating a unique and branded customer experience, including custom packaging and post-purchase communication across various sales channels, Bigblue is the superior choice. Their broader feature set and focus on customer-centricity justify the selection. However, if a merchant primarily focuses on fast, reliable delivery within the UK and needs a straightforward integration with DPD's logistics network, DPD Fulfilment UK may be more suitable, particularly for smaller businesses prioritizing simplicity and speed over extensive customization. However, Bigblue’s significant lead in review count lends more credibility to its claims.
