Our Verdict
Bigblue is ideal for merchants who prioritize brand experience and customer satisfaction, and are willing to invest in customized fulfillment and warehousing. It's a better fit for brands that value consistent delivery times and branded unboxing experiences. Emissary, on the other hand, caters to merchants who are more price-sensitive and require access to a variety of shipping options. Its strength lies in its ability to compare rates and manage shipments across different carriers, making it a suitable choice for businesses that need flexible shipping solutions but don't necessarily require a fully branded fulfillment experience. Given the current lack of reviews for Emissary, users should proceed with caution and test thoroughly before committing to it.
