Our Verdict
Bigblue is the clear choice for Shopify merchants seeking a premium, brand-focused fulfillment solution with international capabilities. Its same-day fulfillment, custom unboxing options, and focus on customer experience make it suitable for brands prioritizing customer lifetime value. EXPRESSFLY, on the other hand, is tailored for Indian SMBs needing an affordable and automated solution for domestic shipping. Its Courier Recommendation Engine and buyer communication tools address the specific needs of businesses operating within the Indian market. Given the lack of reviews for EXPRESSFLY, a cautious approach is advised, while Bigblue's perfect rating, although from a small sample, suggests positive user experience.
