Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a fully branded, customer-centric experience with same-day fulfillment and B2B capabilities, Bigblue appears to be the stronger choice. The higher rating and existing reviews, although limited, suggest a more established track record. However, for businesses based in or heavily focused on shipping within Australia, and those requiring more flexible carrier options and hands-on logistical support, PACK & SEND Live might be preferable. Its multi-carrier approach and access to logistics experts could be beneficial. The lack of reviews on PACK & SEND Live necessitates caution and thorough due diligence before implementation.
