Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily targeting European customers and prioritizing sustainable fulfillment practices, steve is the clear choice. Its focus on plastic-free packaging and climate-conscious shipping aligns with environmentally conscious brands seeking to minimize their carbon footprint in the European market. However, for merchants with a global customer base or a need for B2B fulfillment services, including marketplace and retail store integration, Bigblue offers a more comprehensive solution with customizable branding options and same-day fulfillment capabilities.
While both apps have perfect ratings, Bigblue has a slightly higher number of reviews, potentially indicating a larger user base or more established presence. Merchants should consider their specific geographic focus, branding needs, and sustainability goals when selecting between these two apps. If customization and global reach are paramount, Bigblue is the better option. If sustainable European fulfillment is the priority, steve is the superior choice.
