Our Verdict
Bigblue is a better fit for brands prioritizing customer experience and custom branding in their fulfillment process, especially if they operate internationally. Its focus on unique unboxings and branded communications can enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases. On the other hand, Xpressbees appears to be a more suitable choice for merchants requiring robust domestic logistics solutions within India, particularly those needing extensive warehousing and a variety of COD remittance options. The significantly lower rating of Xpressbees should prompt further investigation into the reasons behind the negative reviews before making a final decision.
