Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a complete outsourcing solution for their logistics, including warehousing, fulfillment, returns, and strong branding options, Bigblue is the better choice. Its emphasis on same-day fulfillment, custom packaging, and branded customer experiences makes it suitable for brands prioritizing a premium post-purchase journey. However, for merchants who prefer to manage their own inventory and fulfillment, but want to automate and optimize their shipping processes by comparing rates across different carriers and generating labels efficiently, Zippyy provides a more targeted and potentially cost-effective solution. Zippyy is ideal for those who want control over their inventory but need help with shipping.
Common Questions
Does Bigblue offer rate comparison like Zippyy?
The provided information does not indicate that Bigblue offers rate comparison across multiple carriers in the same way that Zippyy does. Bigblue leverages its own warehouses and fulfillment network.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
While both apps claim seamless integration, Zippyy's focused feature set on shipping automation suggests a potentially simpler initial setup compared to Bigblue's comprehensive 3PL solution. However, without user reviews explicitly comparing ease of use, this is speculative.
Is Bigblue more expensive than Zippyy?
The pricing for both apps is not provided. However, given Bigblue's full-service 3PL offering, it is likely to involve higher overall costs compared to Zippyy, which focuses solely on shipping automation. Bigblue includes warehouse fees and fulfillment charges in their cost structure.
Does Zippyy handle returns?
Zippyy's description does not explicitly mention returns management. Bigblue, on the other hand, specifically states that it manages returns.
Which app is better for international shipping?
Both apps imply support for international shipping. Bigblue mentions reliable delivery for customers worldwide, while Zippyy integrates with global carriers like DHL. The better option depends on specific geographic requirements and carrier preferences.
