Bigblue ‑ All in one logistics vs Zipypostfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a 3PL solution face a decision between Bigblue ‑ All in one logistics and Zipypost. Bigblue positions itself as a comprehensive fulfillment solution focused on customer-centric brands, emphasizing branded experiences and streamlined operations. They provide warehousing, fulfillment, and returns management. Their key strength lies in offering unique unboxing experiences and branded post-purchase communication. Zipypost, on the other hand, focuses on simplifying shipping by aggregating multiple couriers into a single platform. Its primary advantage is providing merchants with the ability to compare rates and manage shipments across various couriers, with real-time tracking and automated updates. The critical distinction is that Bigblue offers a complete 3PL service, handling warehousing and fulfillment, while Zipypost acts as a shipping aggregator, allowing merchants to manage their own inventory but simplifying the shipping process by connecting them to multiple carriers. Bigblue seems aimed at brands seeking a hands-off, fully branded fulfillment solution, while Zipypost appears suitable for merchants who prefer to maintain control over their inventory but want a simplified, multi-carrier shipping management system. The vast difference in ratings and reviews also currently strongly favors Bigblue.

Our Verdict
Bigblue is the stronger choice for businesses that prioritize a completely hands-off, branded fulfillment experience and are willing to outsource their warehousing and order fulfillment. They benefit from Bigblue managing everything from storage to shipping and returns, allowing them to focus on marketing and sales. This is optimal for brands that deeply value customer experience and brand presentation in their packaging.
Zipypost, with its current lack of ratings and reviews, is a riskier choice but *could* be a better fit for businesses that want to maintain control over their inventory and packaging but need an easier way to manage shipping across multiple carriers. If they value direct control over the storage and packing process and want the flexibility to choose the cheapest or fastest shipping option for each order, Zipypost could be worth exploring, but the lack of any user feedback is a serious concern.
Common Questions
Does Bigblue offer the ability to compare rates across multiple carriers like Zipypost?
Based on the information provided, Bigblue does not explicitly offer rate comparison across multiple carriers. They focus on providing fulfillment services through their own network.
Which app is easier to set up and integrate with Shopify?
Bigblue claims to connect to Shopify in seconds, implying a straightforward integration. Zipypost doesn't provide specific details about setup time, but its description of real-time order syncing suggests a relatively smooth integration as well. Without user reviews, it's hard to determine which is truly easier.
Which app is better for international shipping?
Bigblue mentions ensuring reliable delivery for customers worldwide, suggesting a focus on international capabilities. Zipypost doesn't explicitly mention international shipping but connecting to multiple couriers could imply international reach depending on the couriers connected to the platform. Bigblue seems to explicitly advertise global reach.
Can I use my own custom packaging with both apps?
Bigblue explicitly supports using your own packaging. Zipypost does not mention anything about custom packaging. So if branding is important, Bigblue seems to be the better fit.
Which app provides better customer support?
The available data doesn't provide insight into the quality of customer support for either app. However, the higher number of reviews for Bigblue implies a larger user base, which might suggest more robust support resources.
