BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers vs Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Datefor Shopify (2026)
BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers and Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date represent distinct approaches to shipping on Shopify. BigBuy focuses on automating shipping cost calculations directly from the BigBuy dropshipping platform using real-time synchronization with various couriers. It aims to streamline shipping logistics for merchants exclusively using the BigBuy product database by providing accurate costs in the cart based on delivery address and product weight. In contrast, Delm centers around enhancing the customer experience by providing estimated delivery dates, likely based on pre-configured rules or carrier information. Delm doesn't specify integrations or data sources, suggesting it likely works independently of any specific dropshipping supplier. The key distinction lies in BigBuy's focus on direct cost calculation from a specific supplier and Delm's broader approach to improving the customer experience with estimated delivery dates.

Our Verdict
BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers is only suitable for merchants heavily invested in the BigBuy dropshipping platform who need automated shipping cost calculations from BigBuy's supported couriers. The low rating suggests a potential unsatisfactory user experience or reliability concerns. Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date, with its perfect rating, offers a more universally applicable solution for Shopify merchants looking to enhance customer satisfaction by providing accurate estimated delivery dates. Unless you're deeply entrenched in the BigBuy ecosystem, Delm appears to be the superior choice due to its focus on improved customer experience and high user satisfaction.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Delm is likely easier to set up as it doesn't require integration with the BigBuy product database or specific courier setups within the BigBuy platform. BigBuy requires you to select preferred couriers and set up shipping zones.
Which app is more reliable?
Based on the ratings, Delm is significantly more reliable with a perfect 5/5 score, compared to BigBuy's 1.3/5.
Can I use both apps at the same time?
Potentially, but it might lead to redundancy or conflicts. If using BigBuy, consider if the automatically calculated shipping cost and implied delivery timeframe fulfill your needs before adding Delm. BigBuy will only pull costs from their partner carriers so it depends on whether you use them.
Does BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers work with other dropshipping suppliers?
No. The app description explicitly states this feature is only available for products listed in the BigBuy database.
Does Delm integrate with specific shipping carriers?
