Billbee vs Faire: Sell Wholesalefor Shopify (2026)
Billbee and Faire: Sell Wholesale serve distinct purposes for Shopify merchants. Billbee is an all-in-one order management solution targeting small to medium-sized businesses, particularly those in Germany and Austria. Its core strength lies in streamlining order processing, automating document creation, and synchronizing inventory across multiple sales channels. Faire, on the other hand, is a sales channel app focused on expanding a merchant's reach into the wholesale market by connecting them with independent retailers globally. Its value proposition centers on simplifying wholesale sales and synchronizing inventory and orders with Shopify. While both apps offer inventory synchronization and integrate with Shopify, their target audiences and functionalities diverge significantly. Billbee is a comprehensive backend solution for managing various aspects of order fulfillment and business operations, especially for merchants needing support in the German/Austrian market. Faire is laser-focused on enabling wholesale sales through its marketplace, providing access to a network of independent retailers. The choice between the two depends heavily on a merchant's specific business goals and current stage of growth.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on direct-to-consumer sales and seeking a comprehensive order management solution with a strong emphasis on the German and Austrian markets, Billbee might be the preferred choice. Its all-in-one approach can streamline various aspects of order fulfillment and business operations. However, the relatively lower rating and limited number of reviews should be considered.
In contrast, merchants aiming to expand their business into the wholesale market and reach a global network of independent retailers should strongly consider Faire: Sell Wholesale. Its higher rating, significantly larger number of reviews, and clear focus on wholesale make it a compelling option for brands seeking to tap into this sales channel. However, if the merchant is only interested in direct-to-consumer sales, Faire is not a relevant option.
