Bily ‑ CAPI Ai Tracking vs Convbox Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Both Bily ‑ CAPI Ai Tracking and Convbox Tracking aim to solve the same problem for Shopify merchants in 2026: accurate ad tracking in the face of iOS 14+ privacy changes and ad blockers. Both apps focus on leveraging the Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) to send server-side tracking data to platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. However, they differ in their perceived ease of use and feature set. Convbox Tracking, formerly OmniTrack, positions itself as a solution for all sizes of merchants, enabling those who once lacked access to expert server-side tracking to now leverage it for a superior ROAS. Bily emphasizes simplicity in managing multiple pixels, while Convbox seems to offer a more comprehensive suite of features beyond just CAPI implementation, including UTM tag automation and audience building tools.

Our Verdict
Convbox Tracking currently holds a higher rating and more reviews, suggesting greater user satisfaction. If a merchant primarily needs a straightforward CAPI implementation and simple pixel management, Bily might suffice. However, if a merchant is seeking a more complete tracking solution with features like UTM automation, pixel reporting, and audience building tools, Convbox Tracking appears to be the better choice. While Bily focuses on ease of use and managing multiple pixels, Convbox provides features to allow for pixel testing and optimization which might lead to a greater return for larger stores with a greater volume of marketing operations.
