Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants, especially those outside of Bulgaria or seeking comprehensive pickup and delivery management, Bird Pickup Delivery Date is the clear choice. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews indicate a robust and well-received application. The extensive feature set allows for fine-grained control over the customer experience and operational efficiency. However, if a business operates exclusively in Bulgaria and requires a straightforward solution specifically integrated with Econt's delivery and payment services, Deliver with Econt might be considered despite its lower rating and limited adoption. A merchant should thoroughly investigate the negative reviews before choosing Deliver with Econt, though.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a business with multiple locations?
Bird Pickup Delivery Date explicitly states multi-location support, making it the preferred option for businesses with multiple locations. Deliver with Econt doesn't specify multi-location support, so it's likely not optimized for that scenario.
Which app is easier to set up?
Deliver with Econt claims a setup time of less than 5 minutes. Bird Pickup Delivery Date does not make any similar claims, suggesting it may have a more involved setup process due to its more extensive feature set. However, ease of setup might come at the cost of flexibility.
Which app is more suitable for a business outside of Bulgaria?
Bird Pickup Delivery Date is undoubtedly the better choice for businesses outside of Bulgaria. Deliver with Econt explicitly targets the Bulgarian market, making it irrelevant for merchants in other countries.
Which app offers more customization options for delivery rates?
Bird Pickup Delivery Date provides rates based on zone, distance, weight, cart value, time slot, day, rush, and more. Deliver with Econt mentions 'flexible payment rules with accurate prices', but lacks specific details on the available rate customization options.
Which app has a better reputation among users?
Bird Pickup Delivery Date has a significantly better reputation among users, evidenced by its 5/5 rating and 410 reviews compared to Deliver with Econt's 1.7/5 rating and 7 reviews. This suggests a higher level of user satisfaction and reliability.
