Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on driving sales and providing support directly within WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and who value AI-driven automation, bitChat: WhatsApp AI Chatbot is likely the better choice. Its focus on building carts and generating checkout links within chat platforms provides a direct path to sales. However, for businesses needing a comprehensive solution for managing customer inquiries across a wider range of channels and who prefer empowering human agents with customer data and automation tools, Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk is a more suitable option. The lower rating and comparable review count should be noted and investigated further before making a final decision. Consider trialing both apps to determine which aligns best with your specific needs.
