Our Verdict
The choice between bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart and CP24 Advanced Wishlist depends on the merchant's primary goals. If the focus is on actively engaging customers through conversational channels, automating sales processes, and personalizing interactions using AI, then bitCRM is the better option. It provides a more proactive and direct approach to customer relationship management. However, if the goal is to improve product discovery, encourage repeat visits through wishlists and web push, and provide customers with a convenient way to save and track desired items, then CP24 Advanced Wishlist is the more suitable choice. For merchants with limited resources, the slightly higher rating and double review count of CP24 also suggests potentially higher initial satisfaction, although the sample size is still small for both.
