bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart vs Hulk Mobile App Builderfor Shopify (2026)
bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart and Hulk Mobile App Builder are two very different Shopify apps with distinct purposes. bitCRM focuses on leveraging WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger for customer communication, particularly for abandoned cart recovery, automated flows, and broadcasts. It positions itself as a tool to drive repeat sales and enhance customer engagement using prebuilt flows and AI-powered chat tagging. Hulk Mobile App Builder, on the other hand, focuses on creating native mobile apps for Shopify stores, enabling merchants to provide a more immersive and personalized shopping experience to their customers on their mobile devices. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on leveraging WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger for abandoned cart recovery and customer communication, bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart is the more suitable option. Its automated flows and AI-powered features offer tools for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through messaging channels. However, due to the low review count, prospective users should proceed with caution and potentially seek additional feedback or trials. In contrast, Hulk Mobile App Builder caters to merchants who want to offer their customers a dedicated mobile app experience. This provides a more controlled and potentially higher-converting mobile shopping environment. Given its higher rating and review count, Hulk Mobile App Builder currently appears as a more reliable choice, although user requirements will dictate which app is better.
