Our Verdict
bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart is the better choice for merchants who want to proactively recover abandoned carts and engage customers through popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. The AI-powered chat tagging feature also provides valuable insights for targeted upsells. JeriCommerce ‑ Loyalty Cards is more suitable for merchants who prioritize building a comprehensive loyalty program with digital cards accessible on mobile wallets, aiming to increase customer retention and lifetime value. If a merchant wants direct messaging combined with a basic points-based loyalty program, they may want to consider how to integrate both types of solutions (perhaps with a third app).
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?

Which app provides better data insights?
bitCRM offers AI-tagged chats, which could provide better insights into customer behavior and upsell opportunities within conversations. JeriCommerce's data insights would likely be more focused on loyalty program performance, referral tracking, and customer segmentation based on loyalty points and tiers.
Which app is more suited for omnichannel marketing?
JeriCommerce is more suited for omnichannel marketing due to its POS integration, enabling a seamless experience between online and in-store purchases. BitCRM focuses primarily on digital channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
Which app focuses on immediate sales recovery?
bitCRM focuses more on immediate sales recovery through abandoned cart reminders and broadcast messaging on communication channels that are frequently monitored by shoppers. JeriCommerce is more strategically long-term focused through loyalty and repeat purchases.
Which app better supports customer referrals?
JeriCommerce explicitly features a 'Seamless Referral system for easy tracking, sharing and earning rewards'. BitCRM does not mention referral systems in its feature set or description, so JeriCommerce is a better solution for merchants prioritizing customer referrals.
