Our Verdict
If a merchant primarily engages customers through Meta's platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) and desires deep automation through Shopify Flow with AI-powered insights, bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart would be a more suitable choice, despite the lower rating and fewer reviews. However, it is important to thoroughly investigate the app further given the limited number of reviews. For merchants seeking a simpler, more readily deployable multi-channel solution that incorporates web push notifications alongside WhatsApp, and especially for Shopify Plus merchants who want dedicated support, PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp appears to be the stronger contender. Its higher rating and more numerous reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and reliability. PushEngage is better for merchants that want 'out of the box' functionality.
