Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on simplifying login and user experience, bitLogin could be a suitable choice, assuming its features and stability meet their needs despite the lower rating. However, due to its narrow focus, many merchants may find bitLogin too limited. Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder emerges as the stronger option for merchants requiring comprehensive form building capabilities. Its AI-powered features, wide range of form types, and integrations make it a valuable asset for data collection, lead generation, and customer communication. However, merchants should be aware of the lower number of reviews when evaluating stability and support, and should test the AI form building features to see if they meet expectations.
