BL Before And After and Enorm Product Slider are both Shopify apps in the Image gallery category, but they cater to vastly different needs. BL Before And After focuses on interactive image comparison, allowing merchants to showcase transformations or highlight product results with a before-and-after slider. It targets stores in visually-driven niches like beauty, fitness, and design. Enorm Product Slider, on the other hand, is designed to showcase multiple products from collections in a visually appealing slider format. Its primary goal is to display more products in less space, making it suitable for stores with a wide range of items, especially those wanting to highlight top sellers or new arrivals. BL Before And After emphasizes customization of the slider's appearance, while Enorm Product Slider highlights the ease of adding products directly to the cart from the slider. Customer sentiment also differs significantly; BL Before And After has a very low rating and few reviews, raising concerns about its usability or effectiveness. Our Verdict
For merchants needing to visually demonstrate a product's impact or a transformation (like in beauty or design), BL Before And After aims to offer the functionality needed. However, the extremely low rating and single review are significant red flags. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution or look for alternative options. Enorm Product Slider is the clear choice for merchants wanting to improve product discovery and sales by showcasing multiple products in an engaging slider format. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective app.
In summary, if showcasing individual product transformations is crucial and you're willing to beta test, BL Before And After *might* be an option (with serious caveats). Otherwise, Enorm Product Slider is the superior choice for enhancing product visibility and driving sales through product carousels.
