Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, PrettyDamnQuick (PDQ) appears to be the superior choice for checkout optimization. Its high rating, numerous positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set including A/B testing, AI insights, and real-time delivery promises suggest a strong track record of driving results. PDQ is clearly aimed at merchants who are serious about maximizing their checkout conversion rates and are willing to invest in a more robust solution. BL Checkout Confetti Effects might be suitable for merchants seeking a very basic and potentially fun visual addition to their checkout process. However, its lack of reviews and unclear functionality make it a riskier choice compared to the well-regarded PDQ.
