Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to create visually stunning product galleries or banners without needing coding knowledge, BL Image Slider & Carousel is the seemingly ideal choice, *if* the lack of reviews doesn't deter them. However, the absence of any rating or reviews in 2026 is a serious red flag. Rubik Variant Images & Swatch is the clear winner for stores with a significant number of product variations. If your products come in different colors, sizes, or styles, Rubik's ability to display variant-specific images and swatches will greatly improve the customer experience and reduce potential returns.
Given the disparity in ratings and reviews, and the specific feature set of Rubik Variant Images & Swatch catering to a common e-commerce need, Rubik is the safer and likely more effective choice in most cases. Until BL Image Slider & Carousel establishes a positive reputation with user reviews, proceeding with caution is advised.
