BL Size Chart Button vs Camouflage: Hide Sold Variantsfor Shopify (2026)
BL Size Chart Button and Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants cater to distinctly different needs within a Shopify store. BL Size Chart Button aims to improve the customer experience and reduce returns by providing accurate sizing information through customizable pop-up size charts. Its focus is on apparel and clothing businesses seeking to minimize sizing uncertainty. Conversely, Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants addresses the frustration of customers encountering sold-out product variants. It offers multiple options for handling these variants, from hiding them completely to striking them through, thereby improving the browsing experience and preventing customer disappointment. The key difference lies in their core functionality. BL Size Chart Button enhances the product page with sizing information, while Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants manages the visibility of product variants based on inventory status or other custom conditions. While both apps touch upon product page optimization, they address different aspects of it, targeting merchants with specific challenges related to sizing accuracy and inventory management, respectively. The significant difference in user ratings and number of reviews suggests a considerable gap in adoption and perceived value within the Shopify merchant community in 2026.

Our Verdict
Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants, with its significantly higher rating and substantial number of reviews, appears to be a more established and well-received solution in the Shopify app ecosystem. Its ability to manage sold-out variants addresses a common pain point for online merchants across various industries. Given its proven track record, it would be a safer choice for merchants seeking to improve the shopping experience by managing product availability.
BL Size Chart Button, despite lacking reviews, could be a viable option for apparel merchants prioritizing sizing accuracy and actively seeking to reduce returns due to incorrect sizing. However, the absence of any user feedback makes it a riskier choice compared to Camouflage. Merchants considering BL Size Chart Button should proceed with caution, possibly contacting the developer to understand the app's functionality and support better before committing to it.
Common Questions

Which app is more likely to reduce returns?
BL Size Chart Button directly targets the reduction of returns by providing accurate sizing information. Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants may indirectly reduce returns by preventing customers from ordering unavailable items, but this is not its primary focus.
