Bling Processamento Automático vs SC Customer Taggingfor Shopify (2026)
Bling Processamento Automático and SC Customer Tagging both fall under the Workflow Automation category on Shopify, but cater to vastly different needs. Bling Processamento Automático focuses on streamlining order processing specifically for merchants using both Shopify and Bling (likely a Brazilian ERP system). It automates the synchronization of tracking codes, reducing manual work and improving the customer experience by providing accurate shipping information. Its value proposition centers on efficiency and seamless integration between Shopify and Bling. SC Customer Tagging, on the other hand, empowers merchants to segment customers based on behavior through automated tag application and removal. This facilitates targeted marketing, personalized communication, and triggers actions across other marketing platforms, ultimately aiming to improve customer lifecycle management. The fundamental difference lies in their focus. Bling Processamento Automático is a niche solution for optimizing fulfillment workflows in conjunction with Bling ERP, while SC Customer Tagging is a broader customer segmentation and marketing automation tool. SC Customer Tagging boasts a larger user base, indicated by its significantly higher number of reviews (62) compared to Bling Processamento Automático (1), although both maintain a perfect 5/5 rating. This disparity in review count suggests a wider adoption and potentially longer market presence for SC Customer Tagging. The ability of SC Customer Tagging to connect to thousands of apps through Zapier also sets it apart by enabling more expansive automated workflows.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants already using Bling ERP and struggling with manual tracking code updates, Bling Processamento Automático provides a targeted solution that can save time and reduce errors. Its value is directly tied to the adoption of the Bling platform. However, the limited number of reviews suggests a narrower user base and potentially a newer app.
SC Customer Tagging is the superior choice for merchants seeking to improve customer segmentation, personalize marketing campaigns, and automate customer lifecycle management. Its broader feature set and higher review count indicate greater adoption and potentially a more mature product with a more established track record. The Zapier integration also offers a significant advantage in terms of expanding automation possibilities across various platforms. Therefore, unless a merchant's sole need is automated tracking code synchronization with Bling, SC Customer Tagging offers more comprehensive value.
