Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a holistic checkout customizer with features like post-purchase upsells and comprehensive fraud prevention, Blockify Checkout Rules Plus is the stronger choice. Its extensibility and broad feature set provide ample opportunities for A/B testing and checkout optimization. However, if a merchant's primary concern is precisely controlling payment and shipping options based on complex conditions (e.g., B2B logic, international orders, high-risk customers), then SMART Checkout Rules' focused approach will likely be more effective. Its strength lies in conditional visibility and control over payment and shipping methods based on specific rules.
