BlogFeedr ‑Blog Feed Importer vs EZ Internal Linking Assistantfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between BlogFeedr ‑Blog Feed Importer and EZ Internal Linking Assistant face a clear decision based on drastically different functionalities and social proof. BlogFeedr aims to centralize blog content management by importing and syncing posts from various platforms, promising SEO benefits and a streamlined workflow. Its core value proposition lies in automating content aggregation and presentation on the Shopify store's blog. Conversely, EZ Internal Linking Assistant focuses on enhancing on-page SEO by automating internal link creation within the existing Shopify store content. Its value centers around improved site navigation, user experience, and search engine crawling. The primary difference lies in their functions: BlogFeedr addresses content creation and sourcing, while EZ Internal Linking Assistant focuses on optimizing existing content for better SEO and user navigation. BlogFeedr seems targeted towards merchants with content distributed across multiple platforms like WordPress, Tumblr, or Pinterest, seeking a single hub. EZ Internal Linking Assistant, on the other hand, seems best suited for merchants already producing significant content directly within Shopify who want to improve its discoverability and SEO performance. One key difference is the presence of user reviews. EZ Internal Linking Assistant has positive reviews and a solid rating. BlogFeedr lacks any reviews suggesting very low adoption, or that it is a very new app.

Our Verdict
For merchants struggling to manage content dispersed across multiple platforms and prioritize consolidating their blog presence on Shopify, BlogFeedr might seem like a solution. However, the complete lack of reviews is a significant risk. EZ Internal Linking Assistant is likely the better choice for established Shopify stores with existing blog content who need to improve search engine rankings and user experience through better site navigation. The strong rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective tool.
Ultimately, EZ Internal Linking Assistant presents a significantly lower risk proposition. The lack of reviews for BlogFeedr should give merchants pause and cause them to research the product and perhaps contact the developer directly. Until user feedback is available for BlogFeedr, EZ Internal Linking Assistant is the recommended solution for merchants who want to improve their site SEO.
